Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Cache Club, including Creator Cache™ and Womeown (“the Service”), operated by Shivani Wankhede, sole proprietor (“we”, “us”), Parmar Sqaure CHS, Opp. IT Ground, Near Zensar Technologies, Kharadi, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra, India.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
- You must give accurate registration details, including a working email address and mobile number.
- One person, one account. Each email address and each mobile number can be linked to a single account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
1a. Using the Service from outside India
Cache Club is operated from India and available worldwide. If you use it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with your own local laws — including any local rules on tax, invoicing, professional advertising, and what you may lawfully publish.
- We do not offer the Service where doing so would breach sanctions or export-control law. We may decline or withdraw service to any country we are not permitted to serve.
- Prices, currencies and payment methods differ by country; what applies to you is what is shown at checkout and set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- The Service is provided in English only.
2. What the Service is
Cache Club is a set of web tools for freelancers, creators and solopreneurs: a profile and portfolio builder, an idea and content workspace, a simple CRM, an AI writing assistant, and a community.
3. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to everything you put into Cache Club — your profile, portfolio, work samples, posts, ideas and client records. We claim no ownership.
You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the Service: to store your content, to display it back to you, to include it in files you choose to export, and to show what you deliberately publish to the community.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or use the Service to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone;
- upload malware, or attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
- use automated means to create accounts, or hold multiple accounts to get around plan limits;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its AI output as your own product;
- use the AI assistant to generate unlawful, hateful or deliberately misleading material.
Womeown is a community space for women entrepreneurs. Posting there additionally requires respect for other members; abuse, harassment or sharing another member's private information will end your access.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
- The Starter plan is free. Pro and Elite are paid monthly plans.
- Prices are set per country, in local currency. The price applying to you is the one shown at checkout, determined by your billing country; it is charged in that currency and no other amount is taken.
- Payments are processed by PhonePe (India, in INR) and Razorpay (all other countries). We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
- Each payment buys 30 days of access, and nothing is charged automatically. We do not hold a card on file, and we do not set up a UPI mandate or standing instruction. When the 30 days end, the account simply returns to the free Starter plan until you choose to pay again.
- Renewing early does not cost you the days you have already paid for — a new payment is added to whatever is left of the current period.
- Because nothing recurs, there is nothing to cancel. Stopping is simply not paying again; no notice, no fee, no cancellation form.
- Your bank may add a foreign-exchange or cross-border fee. That fee is theirs, not ours, and we do not receive any part of it.
- Taxes are handled as stated at checkout for your market. Where GST, VAT or sales tax applies, it is shown before you pay.
- Cancellation, refunds, delivery and your statutory withdrawal rights are covered in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. Existing subscribers keep the old price for the notice period, and can cancel before it applies.
6. The AI assistant
The AI assistant runs on third-party language models. Its output is generated text, not professional advice. It can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your situation.
- Review anything it produces before you send it to a client or publish it.
- Nothing it says is legal, tax, financial or career advice. For those, consult a qualified professional.
- Usage is subject to your plan's daily limit. Limits exist to keep the Service sustainable and may be adjusted with notice.
- We may suspend AI access on an account that is being used abusively or automatically.
7. Community content
Posts, replies and member profiles in Womeown are written by members, not by us. We do not verify them and are not responsible for their accuracy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we aim to act on reports within 48 hours.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. Much of Cache Club is designed to keep working offline in your browser, which limits the impact of an outage.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that is being used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the Service or other users. Where the breach is not serious, we will contact you first.
On termination for breach, unused subscription time is not refunded. You may request an export of your data within 30 days.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you is capped at what you have actually paid us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our entire aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and however many claims there are — will not exceed the total amount you have actually paid us for the Service.
- If you have never paid us anything, our aggregate liability is nil. The Starter plan is free, and the free tier is provided as-is.
- The cap is the total you have paid, not a multiple of it, and it is not reset by a new claim or a new subscription period.
- Amounts refunded to you are not counted twice: a refunded payment reduces the cap by the amount refunded.
- The cap is measured in the currency you paid in.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost clients, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost goodwill, or the cost of substitute services. We are also not liable for loss of data, given that Cache Club is local-first, keeps your data in your own browser, and lets you export it at any time — keeping your own backup of anything that matters to you is your responsibility.
What this clause does not do. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- gross negligence or wilful misconduct;
- anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. If you live in one of them, this clause applies to you only as far as that country's law allows, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. In particular, nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law, or the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
If you are a consumer outside India, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country you live in, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your own local courts where that country's law gives you that right.
Before going to court, please email us — most disputes are a misunderstanding about billing and are resolved within days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
13. Third-party platforms
Cache Club helps you write and organise content that you then publish yourself on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours, and you are responsible for following them. What we do and do not do with them is set out in the Platform Use & Third-Party Services Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Contact
